Meaty chocolate pancake: Fluffy pancake bound with beef bacon & cocoa powder, served with maple syrup.

Mandioca spinach stew: Fresh tapioca cooked in turmeric, garlic, sweet onion and spinach, bound in coconut cream (EF)

Signature Smoothies:

Mango tango: (Mango/ Banana/Coconut milk/Honey) (V)


Chicken poke salad: A classic chicken and beef bacon salad, mixed greens, avocado and boiled eggs, dressed in balsamic dressing topped with walnuts.

Maryland crab cakes: White crab meat, atlantic prawns, bound in quinoa, served with sweet potato salsa.


Blacken chicken: Pan fried free range chicken breast on a bed of Alfred zucchini (NF)

Iron man meal: Braised beef brisket, sweet potato, topped with curried, seasonal veggies (EF)

Cleanse Option:

Green: (Kale/green apples/Cucumber) (V)
